As the founder of Knead Cafe, he has carved a niche for himself as a visionary entrepreneur, combining his expertise as a Master Chef and his extensive experience in the hospitality industry to redefine the culinary landscape of Pakistan.

A                   of The World Master Chefs Society UK and an executive member of the Pakistan Chefs Society, Muhammad Ameen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his endeavors. His journey began with a solid foundation in culinary arts, having earned a diploma from City and Guilds UK and an Advanced Diploma in Food Production. These credentials provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the culinary craft, enabling him to hone his skills and refine his culinary creations.

Prior to his foray into the cafe industry with Knead Cafe, Muhammad Ameen established himself as a trailblazer in culinary education in Pakistan. As the founder of Skillston and Skills Valley , reputable institutes of hospitality in the country, as well as founding President of CHEF – Culinary Heritage and Excellency Forum he played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of culinary professionals. His commitment to excellence and innovation in culinary education earned him widespread acclaim and cemented his reputation as a visionary leader in the field.

With a career spanning over 20 years in both the UK and Pakistan, Muhammad Ameen has amassed a wealth of experience and expertise in the culinary industry. His journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of innovation, constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional culinary norms and introducing novel concepts to the Pakistani hospitality landscape.
